- Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of six alkaloid components of Sophora alopecuroides L, including cytisine, matrine, oxymatrine, sophocarpine, oxysophocarpine, and sophoridine by HPLC and determine the contents of the six alkaloids in different parts of Sophora alopecuroides L from four different areas.
