- Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To summarize the relationship between Notch signaling pathway and cancer stem cells and researches on anticancer compounds targeting Notch ion channels to provide theoretical basis for developing new anticancer drugs. METHODS: The domestic and foreign literatures were summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Notch signaling pathway may become a new target for anticancer drugs which are expected to overcome drug resistance and tumor recurrence.
