Abstract:
Acidic fibroblast growth factor is an important proteins which may affect the growth of several cell types. As a specific mitogen, acidic fibroblast growth factor is identified to be correlated with many physiological and pathological mechanism. In this paper we review the progress in the study on the structure and function of acidic fibroblast growth factor. Some problems about its application are also discussed.
