Abstract:
After researching the development process of Chinese health food (health care products) in the near thirty years, our existing health food was suggested to be divided into four generations. Meanwhile, the idea of the 5th generation of health food is proposed. In this article, the characteristics and future developing trends hace been described in details for the health foodof the 5th generation.
