Abstract:
Liver injury induced by sepsis is one manifestation of sepsis-induced multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, which often indicates the severity of illness with poor prognosis. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that liver microcirculatory dysfunction, energy metabolism dysfunction, oxidative stress, inflammatory response, apoptosis or necrosis of hepatocyte and other mechanisms play an extremely important role in the development of sepsis - induced liver injury. Fully understand the mechanism of occurrence and development of sepsis - induced liver injury, which will help to prevent and control better, and reduce the incidence and mortality effectively. Therefore, this article reviews the current research progress about the pathogenesis and treatment measures of sepsis - induced liver injury.
