There were 4 cases with the tumor located in brain, 4 cases in mediastina, 2 cases in orbit, 2 cases in thoracic cord, 2 cases in pelvic limb, 1 case in neck, 1 case in belly cavity. Six patients received surgical resection alone (S) and ten patients received chemotherapy plus radiotherapy after surgery (S + R + C). Results: There were 14 patients died. The median survival time was 22 months. The median survival time was 13 months for S group and 28 months for S + R + C group, respectively. The difference was significant (P =0.0194). Conclusion: PNET is one kind of highly malignant neuroepithelioma with great aggressive ability. Surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy was the best choice.
