- Abstract: Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is an aggressive malignancy arising exclusively in the central nervous system (CNS). PCNSL represents 1-5% of intracranial neoplasms and approximately 1% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas.1,2 The clinical manifestation varies, depending on the location and size of the tumor. Biopsy is usually required in the diagnosis of PCNSL, and chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy were the most commonly used therapy.3 Here we report a rare case of primary hypothalamic lymphoma with extensive ventricular enhancement and hydrocephalus
