Abstract:
Circadianclockisanendogenousoscillatorentrainedforenvironmentaladaptation.Itisresponsiblefor multiplephysicalactivities，suchassleep-wakecycleformation，hormonesynthesis，cellularmetabolism，andimmune regulation.Inwomen，ovarianphysiologyisorchestratedbyaprimaryclockinthesuprachiasmaticnucleus（SCN）ofthe hypothalamus-pituitaryaxis，whichcoordinatesperipheralorganswiththecentralnervoussystem（CNS）.Disruptionof theseinternalcircadianrhythms（orcalleddesynchronization）isassociatedwiththeonsetandprogressionofvariousfe⁃ malereproductivepathologies，includingmenstrualcycledisorder，miscarriagesandsubfertility，etc.Thepurposeofthis reviewistohighlighttheregulationroleofcircadianclockinthefemalereproductivephysiologyfromtheperspectiveof ovarianfollicularrecruitment，ovulationinduction，embryoimplantationandpregnancymaintenance.
