Abstract:
Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy began in 2003 in China with a short development time but rapid improvement. In the past 16 years,domestic doctors have done a lot of exploration work on key technologies such as surgical approach,surgical procedure,and pancreaticojejunostomy. At present,the amount and effects of the surgeries,the surgical techniques and theoretical levels of China all rank the forefront of the world. The themes of research on laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy will gradually evolve from techniques to theories,trainings,and quality control,which needs to be developed together with diseases,especially comprehensive treatment of tumors. Young doctors should become a new force to perform this operation with modest,prudent and proactive attitudes.
