- Abstract: Both single-port laparoscopic hysterectomy and v NOTES hysterectomy are to maximize the benefits of minimally invasive approach. vNOTES is vaginal single-port surgery and can be considered as an ideal approach for hysterectomy.It has several benefits over laparoscopic hysterectomy and vaginal total hysterectomy.But,there are few study results about vNOTES hysterectomy.We will discuss the possible benefits and challenging points of both approaches for hysterectomy.
