- Abstract: With the standardization and popularization of cervical cancer screening techniques,more and more young patients with cervical cancer are being detected at an early stage,and most patients with cervical cancer at reproductive age have a strong intention to preserve fertility.This article will summarize the operation indication,operation methods,safety,oncologic outcomes and related controversies of fertility preservation surgery in patients with cervical cancer.
