- Abstract: Uterine leiomyoma is a common benign tumour in women of childbearing age,with an incidence of 25%-30%.Uterine myoma can cause infertility,as well as abortion,premature delivery,placental abruption and postpartum hemorrhage and other adverse pregnancy outcomes,which increases the cesarean section rate.The influence of uterine leiomyoma on fertility is closely related to its location and size.The treatment should be individualized,considering the size,location and fertility of the myoma.
