- Abstract: The fertility preservation treatment has become one of the main issues with the increasing incidence of endometrial cancer.Strict selection of the young endometrial cancer patients who are eligible for fertility preservation treatment and individualizedtreatment plan are fundamental for improving treatmenteffect while decreasing the risk of treatment-relatedcomplications and treatment failure.This article willdiscuss the evaluation and treatment choice for fertilitypreservation in young endometrial cancer patients.
