- Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the common gynecological endocrine diseases.The mech⁃anism is unclear.Many patients of polycystic ovary syndrome have their first onsets during adolescence,who may encounter various problems in reproduction and metabolism later,including infertility,spontaneous abortion and gestational diabetes.We summarized the early screening and management of polycystic ovary syndrome in adolescence.
