- Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common endocrine and metabolic disorder of childbearing-age women,with clinical symptoms in⁃cluding ovulatory dysfunction and hyperandrogen⁃ism.Diagnosis of PCOS must exclude other causes of ovulation disorders and hyperandrogenism.
