- Abstract: The clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)are highly heterogeneous.The diagnosis and treatment of PCOS are still controversial,and the treatment methods are different.In 2018,the Gynecological Endocrinology Group of Chinese Med⁃ical Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology orga⁃nized domestic experts to formulate the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syn⁃drome" in China.This article will interpret the diag⁃nosis criteria and the evidence of this Guidelines for childbearing age women by combining with foreign consensus and literature.
