- Abstract: Cardiac arrest seriously endangers patients' life, and has the characteristics of low success rate of resuscitation, high mortality rate, and poor neurological prognosis. At present, cardiopulmonary resuscitation education is mainly adopted to improve the success rate of rescue in our clinical practice, and some clinical practices and studies are also conducted to explore the prognostic factors of ROSC after cardiac arrest. In this paper, the factors of pre-arrest, peri-arrest and post-ROSC,which may be related to the prognosis of ROSC after cardiac arrest, were discussed.
