- Abstract: Parkinson's disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder. More and more studies have shown that pain is one of the most prevalent non-motor symptoms in the PD. In addition, pain is one of the most common causes of disability with significant impact on quality of life of patients with PD. This article reviews current researches on the pathophysiological mechanisms of pain in PD, as well as classification, manifestations and treatment procedures.
