- Abstract: Osteoarthritis is a common disease in the elderly and it is the main cause of disability in the elderly. It has been previously believed that the pathogenesis of OA is related to cartilage wear. However, with the deepening of its research, the importance of immune factors in its pathogenesis has been constantly clarified. This may provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of OA in immunity.
