Abstract: The incidence of infantile hemangioma (IH) is relatively high, resulting in the necessity of early treatment. Topical medicine is safer than oral administration. This paper reviews the main topical drugs for IH and related mechanism, current situation and the prospect of topical beta blockers for IH.
