Abstract: Diabetic patients with poor glycemic control are exposed to media containing mold spores, and spores enter the body, which may lead to refractory infections. This article combines case and literature reviews, proposes the diagnosis and treatment method of mold infection, and provides some guidances for subjects who long-term exposure to mold groups such as farmers and immunocompromised people.
