Methods Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey( MBI-GS)was used to measure the job burnout situation of 1740 nurses selected from 28 hospitals. Three dimensions including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and occupation efficacy were analyzed and compared among different stratifications of hospital, age and working years etc. Results The proportion of mild burnout, moderate burnout and severe burnout nurses was 48. 90%,46. 60% and 4. 50% respectively.
