Abstract: Paediatric cataract surgery is challenging with reported post-operative visual acuity (VA) of 0.3LogMar or better varying between 33% to 68% of patients. OBJECTIVE: The aim is to document the post-operative refraction, VA and complications of non-traumatic pediatric cataract surgery performed in a tertiary referral center in Malaysia.
