- Abstract: Vesicocolonic fistula is an uncommon but significant complication of inflammatory and neoplastic disease. We report two cases of vesicocolonic fistula in adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid colon with turbid urine and irritative voiding symptoms. A literature review of vesicoenteric fistula is presented.
