Abstract:
The authors treated 4 cases of the congenital dislocation of the hip in aged patients using Klisic procedure (1976) which implies open reduction, femoral shortening and pelvic osteotomy in one stage. The results at 1 year to 16 months after operation follow-up were found very much satisfactory in general on terms of pain, leg length and range of motion. Analysis of the cases with representation of surgical procedure is to be reported.
