- Abstract: Myasthenia gravis (MG) crisis is a life-threatening condition characterized by respiratory failure requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation. Cardiac problem in patients with MG crisis is a rare condition, presenting as cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, heart failure and sudden death. We report two cases that developed arrhythmia and stress-induced cardiomyopathy during MG crisis episodes.
