Abstract: This paper mainly reviews the factors related to the self-limitation of acute gout, including the differentiation of mononuclear macrophages, neutrophil derived microvesicles and NETs, crystallized encapsulation, oxidative respiration, regulation of cytokine levels, as well as food ingredients.
