Abstract:
Singapore is one of the developed countries with low health expenditure and good health performance in the world. Singapore's health protection system has been praised by international institutions and scholars as an example of " balance between public and private,equity and effectiveness". In order to better understand and learn more fromexperience of Singapore's health protection system which is strongly built,the author grabbed the opportunity of new learning system to communicate with relevant officials of the ministry of health in Singapore where he consulted relevant literature through studies and reading different papers. Therefore, the author analyzed the framework,financing, benefit package and the main feature of the health protection system in Singapore, and then proposed the implications which can be deemed of great asset for China's health protection system reform.
