- Abstract: In recent years, the relationship between TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) syndrome and intestinal flora has attracted wide attention from the medical community. The syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency is a common clinical syndrome of multiple diseases, involving multiple system pathological change. And the disorganized intestinal flora also cause a multisystem pathological change. The development of molecular biology and metagenomic technology provides strong support for the study of syndrome diseases and intestinal flora. In this paper, it reviewes the correlation of syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency and intestinal flora in nerve, digestive, endocrine, metabolic system.
