Abstract: Ulcerative colitis (UC) is one of the common diseases of the digestive system. At present, with the development of microecology, more and more researches confirm that intestinal microecological imbalance may be an important part of the pathogenesis of UC. This article explored the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating UC by adjusting the gut microecology mainly from the four aspects of gut microecology UC and unilateral, compound, acupuncture, and enema.
