METHOD:Intralesional bleomycin-A5 with dexamethasone injection under pedestal laryngoscope was performed in huge laryngopharyngeal and laryngeal hemangiomas.
RESULT:The injection frequencies were 3 times in 4 cases, 4 times in 3 cases, and 5 times in 9 cases. Twelve cases (75%) were cured, and 4 cases (25%) were improved.
CONCLUSION:Intralesional bleomycin-A5 with dexamethasone injection under pedestal laryngoscope is a safe, effective and minimally invasive therapeutic method for huge laryngopharyngeal and laryngeal hemangiomas.
