Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of FESS in treating chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis.
METHOD:Sixty-three cases of chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis were retrospectively analyzed. All used Messerklinger technique, and rinsed periodically after surgery.
RESULT:Observed half year to one year, nearly all patients were cured, a few of patients had mild complication.
CONCLUSION:FESS surgery is effective in treating chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis, and need not use medicine of anti-fungoid.
