CONCLUSION:The pathogenesis of cholesterol granuloma includes hyperlipemia, obstruction of air filled cavity ventilation and impaired drainage. The final diagnosis was based on pathologic examination. The treatment should begin with the intervention and treatment of hyperlipemia. Radical cure can be achieved by operation.
