Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the treatment for lingual thyroglossal duct cyst by low temperature coblation on endoscope.
METHOD:Eleven cases of lingual thyroglossal duct cyst were treated by low temperature coblation on endoscope,to observe the curative effect and complication.
RESULT:Eleven cases of lingual thyroglossal duct cyst were satisfied after operation, without serious complication. There were no recurrence during a followed up for 1-3 years after operation.
CONCLUSION:The operation for lingual thyroglossal duct cyst by low temperature coblation on endoscope was easy,safe and effective.
