Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of nasal vestibule eczema by using beclomethasone dipropionate in combination with He-Ne laser therapy.
METHOD:The 200 cases of nasal vestibule eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The control group received the rub beclomethasone dipropionate cream treatment one time per day. The treatment group supplemented with He-Ne laser irradiation treatment on the basis of the control group on the same treatment, alsoone time per day. Then the results were analyzed.
RESULT:The total effective rate was 100.0% in treatment group, while 75.0% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSION:Beclomethasone dipropionate cream combined with He-Ne laser irradiation therapy on nasal vestibule eczema is significant, and easily to operate, with significant anti-inflammatory, anti-itch, analgesic effects.
