Abstract:
Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease, and its pathogenesis is still unclear. At present,it is believed that immune, genetic and environmental factors play important roles in the occurrence of psoriasis.More and more studies have indicated that the imbalance of intestinal flora is associated with immune diseases, especially inflammatory bowel disease. The pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of psoriasis are similar to those of inflammatory bowel disease, and psoriasis is proved to be associated with changes in intestinal microbial flora. This review discusses the association between the imbalance of intestinal flora and psoriasis.
