Abstract:
On the basis of introducing the structure of palliative care personnel and the distribution of responsibilities among members, as well as the quality of life care of patients with laryngeal cancer during hospitalization in palliative care, this paper mainly proposed to evaluate and give corresponding treatment to the symptoms of patients with laryngeal cancer during hospitalization from fever, pain, laryngeal wound and skin, lower respiratory tract infection, language disorder, sleep/wakefulness disorder, to alleviate the symptoms of patients, alleviate their pain and improve their quality of life. For patients entering the end of life, the role of palliative care was mainly hospice care. At the same time, this paper expounded the psychological support and humanistic care of palliative care mainly from the aspects of psychosocial assessment, emotional assessment and management, social system assessment and support, hospice education assessment and care, palliative care and hospice care, and the ethical basis and cognition of palliative care.
