Abstract: Objective Toinvestigatethediagnosticvalueof3DGSPACEsequencewith3Dreconstructiontechniqueinevaluationof posterolateralcomplexofthekneejoint.Methods 30kneejointsofhealthyvolunteersweresubjectedtoMRIconventionalsequences andSPACEsequencewith3Dreconstructiontechnique.AdoubleblindmethodwasusedtocompareMRIroutineand3DGSPACEsequence imagesontheposteriorlateralcomplexofthekneejoint.Theeffectoftwoscanningmethodsonthelateralcollateralligament,popliteal tendonandpoplitealligamentwasanalyzedbyrankandtest.Results Ithadstatisticaldifferencebetweentwogroupsindisplayof posterolateralcomplex(P＜0.01).Thedisplayeffecton3DGSPACEsequenceforthelateralcollateralligament,poplitealtendonand poplitealligamentwasbetterthanthatontheconventionalMRIsequence.Conclusion 3DGSPACEsequencewith3Dreconstruction techniquecancompletelydisplaytheconfigurationanddirectionofposterolateralcomplex,whichcanimprovetherateofshowingligament obviously.
