Abstract: This paper introduces the revised Cochrane bias risk assessment tool for individual randomized,cross-over trials (RoB2.0),comparing RoB2.0 of cross-over design with RoB2.0 of parallel design,and illustrating the application of RoB2.0 for cross-over trials in a published clinical trial.As a comprehensive tool specially designed for cross-over design,it provides more information on risk of bias in systematic reviews for the evidence synthesis.
