Abstract: Through literature study,this paper summarizes the current status ofreseareh on the relationship between maternal exposure factors and small for gestational age infant both in China and abroad.And at the same time,the relationship between pregnancy outcome of small for gestational age and maternal exposure factors was analyzed.This might contribute to reduce the incidence of small for gestational age infant and provide important guidance and references for perinatal care.
