Abstract:
Respiratory syncycial virus (RSV) is a major virus pathogen of acute respiratory tract infection in the children in the world.As WHO estimated,there are 640 million children infected with RSV,of which 160 thousand children died of RSV infection.RSV infection is a most important reason which causes children died and disabled.Also,it can greatly consume medical resources,which bring lots of burden on the society and the family.Presently,the prevalence of RSV infection is still severe.Lack of potent and effective preventive measures further intensify the circumstances.This review elaborate the mainly development of RSV infection,such as incidence,risk factors and prognosis of RSV infection.
