Effect of Outpatient Continuous Nursing Intervention on the Prognosis of Gestational Diabetes Pregnant Women

Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of outpatient continuous nursing intervention on the prognosis of gestational diabetes pregnant women. Methods:A total of 104 cases of gestational diabetes pregnant women in our hospital from Jun 2014 to Sep 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. And 52 cases of the control group accepted routine nursing instruction,52 cases of the observation group accepted outpatient continuous nursing. The mother-infant end in the two groups was observed. Results:Observation group had 1 case of patient with gestational hypertension, and the number of acute complications of diabetes, polyhydramnios and puerperal infection were 0. In the control group there were 8 cases, 5 cases, 6 cases and 6 cases respectively. There was significant difference (P<0.05) . The number of patients with fetal macrosomia, hypoglycemia, placenta distress and transferring into care unit in observation group were 2 cases,1 case,1 case and 4 cases,which was less than those in control group (11 cases, 9 cases, 8 cases and 13 cases)(P<0.05) . Conclusion:Outpatient continuous nursing intervention on gestational diabetes pregnant women is useful to reduce complications of mother and infant and improve pregnancy outcomes.
