Abstract: Glioma is the most commonly diagnosed central nervous system tumors.The standard treatment for glioma is combina-tion of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The main cause of the treatment failure is the highly invasive and diffusely infiltrative nature of glioma.With the development of genetics and molecular biology, signaling mechanisms that drive glioma invasiveness has been recognized.Various signaling pathways are involved in development of glioma,and have emerged as promising therapeutic targets.
