Abstract:
Rectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in digestive tract, and local recurrence, also known locally recurrent rectal cancer (local recurrent rectalcancer,IRRC),is one of the main reasons affecting the effect of treatment of rectal cancer.After years of exploration and development, surgical operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy has been greatly improved, including total mesorectal excision (TME),neoadjuvant chemotherapy,combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
