Benign hemangiomas of the breast have been rarely reported in the clinical literature. The imaging appearance ranges from probably benign to suspicious for malignancy. We report three cases of breast hemangiomas with variable manifestations on mammography, ultrasonography, and magnetic resonance imaging.
