Abstract:
Objective To understand the current situation of knowledge and practice for early activities in ICU nurses and to analyze influencing factors,in order to provide references for promoting early activities of patients.Methods General information questionnaire and investigation questionnaire for knowledge and practice for early activities were used to investigate 130 ICU nurses in three tertiary hospitals.Results The ICU nurses' knowledge score was 6.80±l.67,and the qualification rate was 55.73%;the attitude score was 20.28±2.47;the behavior score was 15.20±3.19.Multiple regression analysis showed that age and ICU specialist qualification were influencing factors for knowledge and attitude scores for early activities in ICU nurses (P<0.01).ICU specialist qualification were influencing factors for behavior score for early activities in ICU nurses(P<0.01).Conclusion ICU nurses have relatively better attitude for early activities of patients,knowledge should be improved,and behavior is moderate.Next steps should be enhancing learning knowledge of early activities of patients,improving recognition for early activities of patients among nurses,and promoting early activities in clinical settings.
