Abstract:
After trauma,the dynamic equilibrium of immune system is disturbed,leading to immune dysfunction,sepsis,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS),and even death in traumatic patients.However,the exact mechanism of immune disorder still remains unclear.On one hand,excessive inflammatory reaction induced by trauma aggravates the damage to target organs.On the other hand,the immune system function is further inhibited.How to reverse post-traumatic immune disorder is the key to controlling the occurrence of post traumatic complications and improving the prognosis of traumatic patients.The author introduces the latest progress in clinical reversal measures of severe post traumatic immune dysfunction in recent years including regulating excessive inflammatory response and improving the suppressed immune system.This article aims to provide systematic and scientific theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of traumatic patients.
