Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of the comprehensive reform of medical prices of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangsu Province,to provide empirical support for the effectiveness of the reform of government drug prices,and to provide suggestions for further deepening the reform.Methods Based on the effect model of Wei Tang's public policy evaluation model,according to the comprehensive reform goal of medical price,analyzing the effect before and after the implementation of the policy.Results After the reform,the financial subsidy income,medical insurance income and service income have increased,the proportion of drug revenue has dropped by 3.3％,and some medical control fee indicators have reached the policy standards,but the asset liability ratio has increased.Conclusion The reform has achieved some initial results.The income compensation is basically reasonable,but still not enough.The income structure is obviously optimized.The control of medical expenses has improved,but it has not reached the ideal state.
