Abstract: Peer education is widely used in the management of chronic diseases and it plays an im portant role in the education and management of diabetes.Peer education models include group education,individual preaching,volunteer support,telephone follow-up,Intemet Education and WeChat group education.Peer education is applicable to the health management of diabetic patients,and is conducive to the prevention,control,treatment and delay of complications of diabetes mellitus.
