Abstract:
Primary hypertension is a kind of cardiovascular syndrome which main clinical manifestation is elevated systemic arterial blood pressure, and it's exact pathogenesis remains unclear.Regulatory T cells are a group of T cell subgroups with immunosuppressive and immunocompromised functions, they play an irreplaceable role in the process of immune suppression and immune tolerance.Recently many studies have showed that hypertension is often accompanied by abnormal immune functions. To search the mechanism of action of regulatory T cells in the development of hypertension is significance to prevent and treat hypertension.
